Rasim comes from Kosovo in 1998, lives in Siegburg near Bonn and works as a kitchen assistant. In spring 2017 he marries a woman in Kosovo. At the end of August Donika comes to Germany. There is a lot of fighting, he controls and beats her up.
On October 1, Rasim kills his wife with 34 axe blows. He also stabbed her with a knife. Donika bleeds to death. He calls the police himself.
In February 2018 the public prosecutor's office makes a request for admission into psychiatry.
Despite the suspicion of schizophrenia, the trial before the Bonn Regional Court begins in May 2018. It is conceivable that the disease (or its pretence) is rather a kind of protection assertion.
