In about 2013 Palwasha and her husband Abdul come to Germany as refugees from Afghanistan. They live in an asylum in Frankfurt-Bockenheim and have 2 children aged 1 and 4, presumably born in Germany. It is probably not a voluntary marriage.
Palwasha is pregnant again, in the 3rd month. Early in the morning of September 19, 2017, the man kneels on the upper body of his sleeping wife and suffocates her in the pillow.
The husband calls 911. At first, the perpetrator and children stand next to the woman lying on the ground, while the emergency doctor tries to resuscitate her. But only in forensic medicine does it become clear that she was murdered.
Meanwhile Abdul goes into hiding with acquaintances and is arrested 2 or 3 days later by a special task force. The arrest warrant is for murder and abortion. The children are taken into the care of the Youth Welfare Office.
The press reports that Abdul spent the past months in Afghanistan. This raises 2 questions: Who was the unborn child from? And why does he get asylum, but then lives voluntarily in his home country?
