stabbed to death: January 1986

Perpetrator: his brother-in-law (15 years old at the time of the crime)
Ali is married to Filiz and wants a divorce. Her family sees her honor tarnished by this. She orders Filiz's 15-year-old brother to kill Ali.
In a fully occupied four-person room at Geislingen District Hospital, the young man stabs his brother-in-law. He flees and is wanted on an international arrest warrant. Four days later he is arrested in Turkey. Since Turkey does not extradite him to Germany, he may be tried there.
Although this case is a rare honor killing of a man, and though honor killings and parallel societies were hardly discussed in the 1980s, the police were already talking about honor killings then. But since the case was a long time ago, little can be learned from it. Still, the typical characteristics of an honor killing are evident: the divorce situation, the order to kill from within the family, the choice of a son still under the juvenile justice system, and the public staging of the crime: the world must see that the honor is defended.
We would be very grateful for any information on this case (and the correct names of those involved).
