Ali is a miner, but makes ends meet with undeclared work. While delivering pizzas in Oberhausen, he meets Fadia, an Arab woman. They have an on-and-off relationship.
On November 30, 2010, Ali kills his girlfriend in her apartment with 35 knife stabs, nearly chopping off her head. One of the daughters, about 5 or 6 years old, witnesses the crime. The paternity of the two daughters is unclear.
After the crime, Ali takes the two little girls to neighbors and calls the police. The trial begins in August 2011 in the district court of Duisburg. The perpetrator admits to the crime, but states that he cannot remember it. Although the perpetrator had threatened the victim many times, in September 2011 he is sentenced to nine years in prison for manslaughter.
The real names of the perpetrator and the victim are not known. We welcome any new leads in this case!
