Farah sits on the floor with a child. Her husband hits her with a hammer from behind. The 15-year-old son keeps the father from further activities.
In September 2017 there will be many tears before the Krefeld Regional Court. The charge is attempted murder. The wife asserts that she has forgiven her husband. The Krefeld Regional Court should release him. The son says his father did not want to kill his mother. Otherwise he refused to testify. The perpetrator also makes use of his right to refuse to testify.
In September the perpetrator is sentenced to 4 years in prison for attempted murder in a crime of grievous bodily harm. In the verdict there is a justification that he is particularly liable because of the language difficulties. Farah is not the woman's real name.
