A Pakistani using the names Tanneer Akhtar and Rashid Mahmood lives in an asylum shelter in the Hessian Wettenberg near Giessen. For unclear reasons he has been living in Germany since 2010.
On August 27, 2017, Tanneer stabbed his ex-girlfriend in her apartment in Giessen. Her name and nationality are unknown. A German woman willing to marry would be an advantage for the perpetrator. Maybe she said yes first, then no. After the crime the perpetrator flees. He's being put on the wanted list.
