Perpetrator: her ex-husband (40 years)
On 2 October a man murders his ex-wife in the early morning in the station area of Heilbronn. First he tries to strangle her with her headscarf. Then he stabs a knife in her chest and back 15 times. Finally he cuts her throat. A passer-by finds the seriously injured woman around 5 o'clock and calls the police. The victim dies at the scene of the crime.
A few days later, the ex-husband was arrested at a border crossing between Hungary and Romania. The perpetrator's father is behind the wheel of the car. He is transferred to Germany.
In May 2016, the trial before the court of Heilbronn will begin. It turns out that the perpetrator has repeatedly threatened with murder if his ex-wife does not return to him. He also threatened the 4 children. During the 25-year marriage there have been repeated reports of violence, which were then withdrawn under pressure from the family. Eventually a restraining order was obtained, but the perpetrator did not comply with it.
The murder happened the day before the planned wedding of his eldest son. So the father probably wanted to prove that he could enforce his will by force if necessary.
In June 2016, the offender is sentenced to life imprisonment without establishing the particular seriousness of the guilt. The judge pointed out that the offender's family supported him in his escape and did nothing about the crime. There was a commotion in the courthouse.
The names of the perpetrators and victims are not known. We're happy with some clues!
