Jana
born: 1999
attempted murder: 4 July 2016
Residence: Berlin
Origin: Victim: unclear; perpetrator: Iraq
Children: none
Perpetrator: her ex-boyfriend Ahmed A. (23 years)
Ahmed comes from Iraq and registers in Germany under 3 identities, including the Saxon Pirna and in Berlin.

He lives in a refugee house in Friedrichshain. He has a 17-year-old girlfriend, about whom nothing is known, not even her real name and nationality. It is said that she lives in a shared flat with other teenagers. This may indicate protected housing or perhaps also a refugee apartment. She is going to divorce him.

On July 4, 2016, between 2.00 and 3.00 hrs, he stabs in with a knife on her neck and upper body. Her new boyfriend comes in with a broken bottle. He is also injured. He is also reported under different identities in Germany.

Another man chases away the attacker. Jana is in mortal danger. An emergency operation saves her life,

First the perpetrator is searched for, later he is probably caught. In January 2017 the trial of the assassination attempt at the Court of Berlin begins. The prosecutor says that Ahmed despised his ex-girlfriend and wanted to take revenge on her. The outcome is unknown.
