Narges Achikzei, who was set on fire, and her boyfriend had a heated conflict with the woman's 32-year-old former employer in Utrecht. The family is associated with fraudulent practices. In any case, they were accused by an aggrieved man. He himself was summoned to a court one week after the fire murder in connection with the slander. For a long time he is said to have sent e-mails to the woman - an ex-worker - and damaged her honour and good name.

It is very likely that this conflict played a role in the cruel death. The public prosecutor's office never wants to answer questions about the content of the legal conflict. It is clear that the conflict exerted great pressure on Achikzei and other participants.

“I’m filing a libel/insult declaration. My honour and good name have been violated by the accused, because the accused has wrongly accused me of committing criminal offences and has made untruths about me public. The purpose of the accused is apparently to make this public. This was clear to me from the following: He uses my name and photos of me in insulting texts and drawings. The defendant then distributed the images and texts via the internet. This is very damaging to my lawyer’s practice.

As a result of a conflict with two of my clients, whom I assisted during a trial, the accused started distributing several libel statements via several websites. I mention for example loedertje.nl, internetoplichting.nl and internetmisleiding.nl. On these kinds of websites the accused tells, in an annoying way, untruths. I am then wrongly accused of extortion, threat, fraud, sexual assault, abuse subsidy, arranging muslim marriage and death threats.

I also find it very bad, that the suspect person also sends this information to third parties, such as Raad voor Rechtsbijstand, Site Favon.org (contact person Karen van Velzen), journalist Stan de Jong and television programs.

My clients have also filed a complaint against the suspect, but the distribution of the harmful libel messages hasn’t stopped so far. See the mutations: PL0920/09-285765 and PL0920/09-001375. Despite a conviction in proceedings by the President of the District Court of Utrecht with a penalty payment, this person still continues to insult and distribute libel statements. I give the police copies of the most annoying and recently published libel statements for further investigation. Copying all libel statements is too much. There are several websites on which the libel statements are published.

Mostly on loedertje.nl. I feel very disadvantaged by the suspect and damaged in my honor and good name. When people start searching on my name on the internet, they are first confronted with these harmful untruths. The suspect is Ralph Geissen, born on 13-04-1977 in Utrecht and living in Utrecht. The total damage is still unknown. As or on behalf of the injured party I want to recover the damage caused from the defendant within the framework of any criminal proceedings.
